House Listings
We charge one up front fee starting from $750 - no commission, no agent's fees
- We assist you to determine a sale price and provide you with documentary evidence of recent comparable sales in your area. This ensures that your price reflects current market trends
- We take digital photos of your home and advertise the home on three private sale websites. The photos are copied to a disc and given to you, for further website advertising if desired
- We display your home in the windows of prominent local sites
- We advertise your property in the classified section of the local paper for one week
- We provide you with a professionally made "Private Sale" sign
- We provide you with "contact" cards to give to potential buyers
- We tailor a comprehensive marketing plan for you
- We provide you with costings for print media advertising
- We give you tips on how best to present your home to prospective buyers
- We help you develop basic selling and negotiation skills
- We provide you with ongoing support during the selling process; this becomes critical when someone makes you an offer
- We provide you with many additional resources including information about removalists, storage facilities etc

DIY Sell Your Own Home Kit
We also provide a "D.I.Y Sell Your Own Home Kit" for just $75 for people who don't require this level of assistance. If you later decide to engage our services to help you sell we will deduct $50 from our regular fee.
The kit contains a step by step guide to selling your own home, with lots of practical information about:
- conveyancing;
- the sale process;
- determining your sale price;
- obtaining a market appraisal or valuation;
- effective advertising and marketing;
- presentation of your home;
- selling techniques; and
- negotiation.
The kit also contains:
- fact sheets;
- contact details for relevant organisations;
- advertising costs for print media; and
- a book on Buying and Selling Real Estate.

Business Listings
We charge one up front fee of $550 - no commission, no agent's fees
- We take digital photos of your business, which we copy onto a disc for you to use for further advertising if required
- We write the advertising script with your input
- We advertise the sale of the business on three private sale websites
- We provide you with "contact" cards to give prospective purchasers
- We provide 25 flyers for you to give prospective purchasers OR place a classified ad in the paper advertising your sale
- We design and provide an A4 window display advertising the sale of the business for you to place in your window
- We provide ongoing support through the sale process

Land Listings
We charge one up front fee of $375 - no commission, no agent's fees
- We take digital photos of your land, which we copy onto a disc for you to use for further advertising if required
- We write the advertising script
- We advertise the sale of the land on three private sale websites, and include a map of the land showing the area and dimensions
- We provide a professional sign showing your contact details
- We provide ongoing support through the sale process
